THIS FORM IS FOR FULL-TIME CHARTER ENROLLMENT ONLY. Community homeschoolers please enroll in person at HFC.

By completing these forms your student is not enrolled or committed to enrollment in HomeSource Family Charter (HFC). This is an application for enrollment. HFC CANNOT guarantee enrollment until parents and students complete the intake process. If we are at our cap, a lottery will be held for non-Bethel district families.

Do not withdraw from your current school until your child has been accepted as an HFC student.

We are looking for good matches between our ES's, students, and families. Our families sometimes choose an ES who compliments their schooling style, and sometimes they choose one who will help them stretch their comfort zone and give them new skills.

Parents, as their child's teacher, need varying degrees of support from their ES in choosing curriculum, what is taught at each grade, locating community resources, teaching resources, instructional support, and more.
